You are more than your shame and your guilt and your victim story.

You are more than your shame and your guilt and your victim story.

For years I didn’t believe this. I thought that I had to talk incessantly about my shame and my guilt and my years of trauma. I thought it made me valid in some way to talk about being a victim as if it was a badge of honor.

And in some ways it was honorable to have survived all that I have, but in the end it kept me in the cycle of trauma. Constantly talking about death, addiction, abuse, and grief kept me energetically held in a black womb of toxicity and agonizing pain.

As you are entering into 2020, I encourage you to think of all the ways that you shame yourself, make yourself feel guilty, and retell your victim story over and over again as if it is the only thing that makes you whole. Take the time to write those moments down.

What is happening in your life that is making you feel like shit? How can you shift your energy so that you embrace the messy, fierce, imperfect you that is a result of all that fucking trauma?

As you are entering into 2020, I encourage you to fall to your knees in wonder about what it would be like to be unapologetic, magnificent, and merciful with yourself.

What is happening in your life that is making you feel like a golden ball of awesome? How can you continue to shift your energy so that you embrace your glorious, flawed, gorgeous, magical you?

Beloved, I see you.

Beloved, I hold you.

Beloved, I love you.

Are you ready to take your guilty girl and move her into her golden glory? I would LOVE to chat with you about working with me. Get on my schedule and let’s talk today!
