If you are feeling overwhelmed, do this...

The other day I was answering a series of questions that I had gotten from Lindsay Mack who has a beautiful website and podcast called Tarot for the Wild Soul.

What do I say yes to and why?

What is it time to say no to?

What is serving or hindering my forward momentum?

Whew...the answers were pretty powerful.

I was saying yes to a whole lot of stuff that was hindering my forward progress on my writing. Yes to the distractions. Yes to the idea that I am not enough for the big work I am here to do.

It is time for me to say no to my good girl in my brain that says no one wants to listen to what I have to say.

My belief in magic, in prayer, in mysticism and my prophecy is serving my forward momentum. I am literally working all of the time. It’s just that sometimes my work is internal and not always overly conscious, but it’s work nonetheless. My workflow is actually a beautiful thing. It is my unique process and it is valuable in so many ways.

Not believing in my message, my purpose, my natural flow is what slows and stops my forward momentum.

Here is your gentle reminder that no matter what you are doing right now, someone is watching and being inspired by the things you are putting out in the world.

There is more than one way to be productive. If it feels good and turns you on, keep doing it, it is exactly what you are here to do and it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s work.

I know you are feeling overwhelmed by the state of panic in the world. Get some oracle cards or an inspirational book of quotes and ask yourself the questions of your soul, let the divine guide you towards the answers.

There are no hard and fast rules to rebellion.

Carry on.
